The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful treat, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

We had an amazing romantic escape! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect for us - we were able to easily walk to the town center and enjoy all the shops and restaurants. We also loved the beautiful mountains in the surrounding landscape.

That we had to coordinate our arrival time and pick up the key from a safe box. It was a bit confusing at first, but thankfully the staff was able to help us through the process.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting surrounded by hills, providing a picturesque view from the small balcony in some rooms. the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, with really comfy beds, and the bathroom facilities are excellent. the staff is friendly and informative, with the receptionist being particularly helpful and speaking excellent English. the hotel offers free WiFi and has a fridge and microwave available to use.

The breakfast coffee could be improved.

The staff is great, especially Edurne. Clean rooms and facilities. Quiet and pleasant location. Excellent WiFi. Good restaurants and places to visit recommended.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful setting with a breathtaking view of the hills nearby. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering excellent tips on where to eat and what to see in the area. the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and modern, and the beds were really comfy. the free Wi-Fi was excellent and the secure garage was available to store bikes. the location was also convenient, just a short walk into the center of town with shops, restaurants, and excellent Via Verde for biking and walking.

It was a bit alarming since the hotel is located on an industrial estate, which was deserted in the evenings. It wasn't easy to find since the photo on the website made the hotel look different than it actually was.
